Last updated: June 30, 2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Handyyy's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. The Service Handyyy provides software that home-service professionals ("Pros") use to manage service requests, estimates, invoices, scheduling, and customer communication. Handyyy is a software tool only. We are not a party to any agreement between a Pro and their customers, we do not provide home-service work, and we do not process or guarantee payments between Pros and their customers. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. 3. Accounts You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@handyyy.com if you suspect unauthorized use. 4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing The Service is offered on a subscription basis and may include a free trial. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We may change our prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice. 5. Your Content You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (for example, business details, customer records, estimates, invoices, and photos) ("Your Content"). You grant Handyyy a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to provide it, including any customer information you enter. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; - send spam or violate others' privacy or rights; - attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or disrupt its operation; - reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or - misrepresent your identity or your business. 7. Pros and Their Customers Pros are solely responsible for their own services, pricing, estimates, invoices, tax obligations, communications, and dealings with their customers. Any disputes about work performed or payments owed are between the Pro and the customer. Handyyy is not responsible for those services or transactions. 8. Third-Party Services The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Cloudflare) and may link to third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. 9. Intellectual Property Handyyy and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handyyy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Handyyy from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms. 13. Termination You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Certain provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, survive termination. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. 15.
